DrupalCon DC 2009 brief
March 4, 2009 - Matt LutzeIt’s DruaplCon time, and this year, Openband team members are presenting two discussions. Darren Ferguson is talking about his XMPP Framework, the suite of modules that enables Drupal-hosted user-to-user chatting, multi-user chatting and real-time chat translation. Ben Lavender, Chris Johnson and Dan Karran are discussing our solutions for the unique challenges posed by enterprise-size systems and the hurdles still needing jumping.
DrupalCon is just an exciting time. Where better to feel like a part of the Drupal community; to see, though it only represents a small fraction of the total set of Drupal users and developers, the people we are working with, the power of open source cooperation? Further, we are always looking for new collaborators—for novel ways to solve the sometimes unique and challenging requests our clients pose. Where better to find the answer or to find that collaborator than at DrupalCon?
